The Concrete Cleaning Crew uses the latest in concrete cleaning machinery. The NorthStar Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner — 20in. Dia., 4000 PSI, 8.0 GPM is a top of the line flat surface cleaner. We attach this surface cleaner to a contractor grade 4000 psi pressure washer. This Surface cleaner does such a good job that in most cases, chemicals are not even needed to clean the surface.

When we install NexusPro, we prepare and clean the concrete cracks, insert the product and then finish it off with native sand to give the whole surface a clean, finished look. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won’t crack, bubble or dry. Plus, the drying time is a fraction of that needed for other urethane-based caulking products.
GRINDING
Concrete Grinding is a cost effective technique to eliminate trip and fall hazards. The process uses a 10″ electric concrete grinder designed for light duty concrete grinding to sand down the raised side of two joining sections of concrete. Within a matter of minutes, the raised side can be ground down permanently eliminating the “trip and fall hazard”.
